Bernie Dodge, of San Diego State University, tells us that a WebQuest "is an inquiry-oriented activity in which some or all of the information that learners interact with comes from resources on the Internet. WebQuests can be either short or long term. They are student centered and encourage higher level thinking and cooperative problem solving.
